Currently in the U.S., large-scale and impersonal nursing home corporations house over half of our nation’s elders. This often means being an overlooked number for our most vulnerable population and not receiving the quality of care they need and deserve.
Our senior care management company is founded on deeply personal roots. Shully Braunstein, our Symapticare Principal, is personally invested in our mission, and is committed to providing our elders with the absolute highest standard of care. At just 10 years old, he began his caregiving journey with his own grandmother. As she aged and became less independent, Shully moved in with his grandmother and took on the role of her caregiver. Shully found his own patience, passion, and long-term desire to care for the elderly through this deeply personal experience.

Less than 20 percent of long-term care as we currently know it is community-based. However, our nursing homes place importance on community - both within and outside of the senior care facilities.
