Sympaticare, a senior care management company, is celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week, a week dedicated to appreciating our hardworking staff and their relationships with our residents.
Throughout this challenging year, our nursing homes’ staff have gone above and beyond within their roles to ensure the safety of their residents; they have proved incredible strength and commitment while working tirelessly to protect those in their care.
The theme of National Skilled Nursing Care Week this year is “Together Through The Seasons.” AHCA stated, “With each new season comes new beginnings, new strategies, and new information. Together we will get through this and together we will begin to heal.”
National Skilled Nursing Care Week has been held annually since 1967. Each year is celebrated with a new theme. Senior care facilities are encouraged to participate and plan special events for their staff, residents, and families.
Our care facilities celebrated this week with events to showcase the different seasons, including a coffee bar, an ice cream sundae party, a barbecue, candy bar, Halloween costume contest, fall treats, and more!
The communities created within an elder-care facility are worth celebrating. Join us this week in congratulating our staff and residents for their continued hard work and another great year of growth and strong relationships in our facilities!
